At Lashes by KDB, all sales are final.

Due to the hygienic and personal-use nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect selections, or unwanted purchases.

This policy applies to all products purchased through our website.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

Orders are processed promptly upon purchase. Cancellation or modification requests must be submitted before an order has been processed or shipped.

We cannot guarantee that cancellation or modification requests will be accommodated.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. 

REFUNDS

Refunds are not issued for change-of-mind purchases.

Any refunds approved by Lashes by KDB will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your financial institution.

SHIPPING FEES

All shipping fees are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
